About Feras
Feras joined Air Products as a production operative back in 1998 and since then his career has developed into a more customer-facing role – a role that he excels in and he also enjoys. Today, he is a business development manager, responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities across a range of specialist industries. While Feras has a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of industrial gases markets, he particularly enjoys working with customers in the food processing or modified atmosphere packaging industry. The main reason is that customers in this particular industry often require large volumes of gas product at short notice and they also require the highest international standards of safety and quality. Feras believes that excellent customer service is something that all customers should expect, all the time.
His experience
Backed by his extensive industry knowledge, Feras works with customers in the offshore oil and gas industry in and around the Gulf to provide a complete range of welding gases, speciality gases for analytical applications and diving gases for subsea workers. His specialist interest in the food sector also means he is well-placed to work with food companies in the United Arab Emirates to improve the efficiency and performance of their packaging solutions.
On a personal note ...
Feras is married and has two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and he also likes swimming.
